“Connecting with ourself leads toward an empowering future.”

I believe everyone is capable of growing and healing, and my own journey has taught me that rediscovering and connecting with parts of ourself is a crucial step towards an empowering future.

As we work together, you can expect open communication and a safe space to be yourself. I am here to listen and support you as you forge your own path on this journey.

My goal is to help you:

• Nurture your strengths and build your self-worth.

• Explore local resources within the community.

• Embolden your confidence and find your voice.

• Achieve personal objectives unique to you.

Just because it feels like you’re in a void does not mean you’re alone in the dark. I look forward to standing and walking beside you through every step you’re ready to take.

    2) Growing up on an N64 had me falling in love with video games. I’ve played an array of types on different consoles such as Chrono Cross, Assassin’s Creed, Destiny, and ARK just to name a few. I’m big into D&D as well, and have dabbled in some other tabletop games.

    3) I'm a collector with a self-proclaimed "crow brain." I'm drawn to pins, crystals, and unique oddities—a true "ooh, shiny!" mentality.

    4) I find comfort and healing in nature, from herbal teas to simply sitting under a tree. Growing up with home remedies instilled this in me, and it's a practice I've carried into my life.

  • My path has included navigating a lot of the darkness the world has to offer and finding my way along a mental health recovery that felt impossible in the beginning.

I’ve faced challenges of speaking up for myself, an array of past abuse, and feeling unwanted. Through my healing process I’ve discovered my sense of self and how important it is to appreciate the small things life has to offer.

This journey is what allows me to support others with a deep empathy and respect. I genuinely understand how easy it can be to let your heart grow cold while wearing a smile and look forward to finding what makes you genuinely experience joy.

My Approach to Peer Support

I believe that support is navigating obstacles or blockages in life in a judgement-free space where you feel safe, heard, and valued. It’s a two-way street where we walk together, discovering skills and empowering your strengths to achieve your unique goals.

I utilize my lived experience to assist others by offering genuine understanding and helping you see that you’re not alone. Recovery is possible for everyone, and genuine compassion for one another can be as simple as holding out a hand when you’re struggling.

I view mental health recovery as not a finish line but an experience. It’s about rediscovering the “little” in you, relearning what it means to be human again, and building on your strengths to create a fulfilling life at your pace. It’s okay to not be okay. And its okay to not be perfect.

Our time together will involve identifying what’s important to you for your goals, finding creative ways together to build tools and skills to support you on your path, and exploring useful resources you can use to strengthen your support network.
