“Every step forward, no matter how small, is proof of resilience.”

My personal journey has taught me to embrace and learn from life’s hardest lessons—to keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles in my path. Along the way, I discovered that loving myself and offering myself grace were essential to finding strength in the moments I felt I had nothing left.

As a certified peer specialist, my goal is to help others see that there is always hope—that trauma does not define us or determine their future. I want to walk beside you as you discover or rediscover meaning in the small, everyday moments of life. Healing takes time, but I believe you carry within yourself the ability to grow. My role is to help you know that you don’t have to do it alone. We will celebrate every step along the way.

I strive to create a safe space where people feel free from worry and judgment, allowing them to express themselves openly and honestly. Together, we can build a foundation of trust, encouragement, and understanding where you will be fseen, heard, and empowered on your healing journey.

Every step forward, no matter how small, is proof of resilience—and I am committed to walking that path with those who are ready to begin.

My Approach to Peer Support

  1. I meet people where they are, honoring their pace and choices without pressure or expectation.

  2. I offer steady encouragement by highlighting strengths and small victories that others may overlook.

  3. I listen with presence and patience, creating space where people feel genuinely heard and valued.

  4. I share her lived experience in a way that inspires hope while keeping the focus on the other person’s journey.

  5. I foster connection by reminding people that recovery is not a solo path—it is one that can be walked together with support and care.
