  • I’ve struggled with feelings of not being good enough, smart enough, or accepted. I often believed the worst outcomes would arise from even the smallest situations. Living in constant worry and anxiety eventually led me into depression. Life didn’t seem to be going my way– I felt like a failure, stuck in a loop, and without direction.

    But through connecting with my support network and rediscovering my self-worth, I began to recognize my true potential. This journey inspired me to become the kind of support I once needed, offering others encouragement and understanding. My experiences have shown me that, even in the toughest times, I have the resilience and motivation to overcome challenges–and now I’m passionate about helping others build their own confidence and resilience, too.

During our time together, we’ll engage in meaningful conversations about our individual paths, explore what support looks like for you, and set realistic goals that move you toward a greater overall well-being.

4. Managing your mental health to promote your overall well-being: We’ll work together to help recognize when your body may be telling you to take a break. We’ll discuss a possible action plan in order to keep your mental health in check and maintain a healthy lifestyle and mindset.
