“Life doesn’t always need to be set on hard mode.”

My own journey has taught me that there are no linear paths in life and that everyone has their own path to walk. I would love to walk yours with you!

As we work together, you can expect us to form a partnership built on trust and understanding. I am here to be your lighthouse in the storm and help you find your way back to stable ground.

My goal is to help you:

  • Build self-esteem and become empowered.

  • Set and achieve life goals, big and small.

  • Find connections in your community.

  • Develop life skills to help build confidence.

Life does not always have to be in hard mode. Let’s work together to make it easier.

My Approach to Peer Support

I believe that support is building others up through trust and compassion. To support you, I will make sure you feel heard, understood, and a true sense of partnership. We will work together to find your true path to achieving your goals.

I utilize my life experience to assist others by proving that recovery is possible. Hope is a tangible thing when you can see someone else rise from a similar situation. I have lived through many common struggles as well as unique challenges. Through mutual support and understanding, you will see that you are never alone.

I view mental health recovery as a lifelong process. You must choose yourself every single day. Some days you may be able to give 100% and others you may only be able to give yourself 50%, even 20%—that’s where I come in. I will help keep you on track and to not lose sight of your unique and personal goals.

Our time together will involve hard but incredibly rewarding work. We will discuss personal goals, learn your strengths and how to utilize them, find a sense of community, and develop personalized strategies to support yourself. I can also teach basic life skills such as cooking and organization.
