Orlando Counseling Services does not discriminate on the basis of race (to include hair type, hair texture, or hair style), color, religious creed (to include all aspects of religious observances and practice, as well as belief), disability, ancestry, national origin, age (40 and over), or sex (to include pregnancy status, childbirth status, breastfeeding status, sex assigned at birth, gender identity or expression, affectional or sexual orientation, and differences in sex), or retaliation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
For purposes of service delivery, national origin includes Limited English Proficiency (LEP).

To ensure effective communication, OCS:

Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters, in person or remotely, and information written in other languages.
If you need these services, please inform OCS staff or contact the Civil Rights Coordinator as soon as possible so appropriate arrangements can be made.
If you believe that OCS has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in another way on the basis of a protected characteristic, you may file a grievance with:
