Therapy Starts with You, Not a Label
A diagnosis can describe suffering. It cannot describe a person. When you sit down with one of our therapists, you are not a case to be managed or a set of symptoms to be corrected. You are a whole human being with a history, a story, and the freedom to decide what your life should mean. Our job is to walk beside you while you find your own path, and to bring every bit of clinical skill we have to that walk.
We Assist Individuals With Experiences Of:
Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, and Eating Disorders
Stress Management, Grief and Bereavement, and Complex Trauma (Childhood to Adulthood)
Personality Disorders
First Responder Wellness
LGBT+ Wellness and Related Issues
Couples and Partners Issues
Neurodiversity Wellness and Related Issues
-
This approach focuses on you as a whole person and explores your freedom to build a meaningful life, even while grappling with the big universal questions of choice, purpose, and loss. The work removes the internal barriers between you and an authentic life.
-
A skills-based therapy that teaches you to balance accepting your feelings with actively changing unhelpful patterns, so you can manage intense emotions, handle distress, and strengthen your relationships. The goal is a life you personally experience as worth living.
-
We work on accepting difficult thoughts and feelings as they are, clarifying your core values, and committing to actions that move you toward a rich, meaningful life.
-
This model views your mind as an inner family of different parts, and we work to access your core, calm, wise self to heal and harmonize those parts, so you can lead your inner life with compassion and clarity.
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): When something painful happens, the memory can get stuck and keep firing as if the danger never ended. EMDR uses guided bilateral stimulation, often eye movements, to help your brain finish processing those memories, so what happened becomes part of your past instead of a live wire in your present.
Clinical Hypnosis: Not stage tricks, and never about losing control. Clinical hypnosis is a guided state of focused, relaxed attention in which your mind becomes more receptive to new perspectives and change. Used alongside therapy, it can ease anxiety, pain, and long-stuck patterns. You remain aware and in charge the entire time.
